JuegoHouse collects the information you choose to submit through the contact form so Caitlin can respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, school records, or other confidential information about a child.
Contact form information
Contact submissions may include your name, email address, audience type, contact preference, and message. The form sends that information to the JuegoHouse email mailbox and does not create or store a copy in the WordPress database. The hosting and email providers may process technical and message data to deliver the service.
To ask what information is held in the JuegoHouse mailbox, request a correction, or request deletion of correspondence, email hello@juegohouse.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
Cookies and analytics
JuegoHouse uses a consent tool to ask before loading nonessential analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an internet address, device and browser information, and interactions with the site. JuegoHouse uses this information to understand which resources are useful and improve the website.
Google Analytics remains blocked until you give affirmative consent. You may reject analytics and continue using the complete site, or change your choice later through the cookie settings control. Consent choices are stored so the site can remember them. Final provider details, retention settings, and international-transfer disclosures must match the production Google Site Kit and Complianz configuration.
